How is my seafood packaged for shipping?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your seafood remains frozen or chilled at food-safe temperatures during transit.
When can I expect my delivery?
We ship orders Monday through Thursday via overnight or 2-day express shipping. Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST typically ship the same day, while weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our seafood products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or replacement.
Is your Alaskan King Crab wild-caught?
Yes, 100% of our Alaskan King Crab is wild-caught in the pristine, cold waters of the Bering Sea and processed under strict sustainability guidelines.
How should I thaw and prepare my crab legs?
For the best quality, we recommend thawing your crab legs in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Since our crab is pre-cooked and flash-frozen at sea, you only need to steam, bake, or grill them for 4-6 minutes to heat through.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional transit fees and longer delivery windows compared to the continental United States.
